FAQ’s for Balloon Orders.

 

Q1) Can I choose a delivery date?
A1) 
Yes, as part of the checkout process you must select the delivery date for your order.

 

Q2) Can I choose a delivery time?
A2)
As DPD couriers deliver all our orders we have no control of delivery once your order leaves our warehouse.

 

Q3) My Balloons don’t look like what i ordered.
A3) Sometimes during cold periods we will replace any latex balloons that are displayed in bouquets with foil balloons to the same value. This is because the cold weather deflates the latex balloons during overnight transport.

 

Q4) Can i modify a Balloon Bouquet?
A4)
Yes, just give us a call to discuss on 01-5563266 and we will arrange.

 

Q5) Are you still delivering during COVID-19 Restrictions?
A5)
Yes, as we deliver with DPD nationwide we are not in close contact with customers and are therefore eligible.

 

Q6) When Should I Order?
A6)
We would strongly suggest to choose a delivery date 1 day in advance of the celebration or occasion. As we only supply Foil balloons there should be no problem with them lasting overnight. We recommend this in the event that for some reason dpd can not deliver on the chosen date.

 

Q7) What happens if my order is not delivered on the specified delivery date.?
A7)  It clearly states at checkout that we cannot guarantee a next day delivery with this option using the standard free delivery option. The standard free delivery is more often a next day delivery but can be a 2 day delivery and we cannot be held liable for this. However should you choose the express delivery and pay the €8 delivery should the order not be delivered we will issue a full refund without delay.

 

Q8) When will my Order be dispatched?
A8)
Your order will be inflated and dispatched on a overnight service with dpd the previous working day Mon – Fri prior to delivery date.

DISCLAIMER NOTICE: When ordering during busy periods the delivery of parcels can be delayed so please ensure to allow enough time for arranging delivery prior to your celebration. We will not be in a position to offer a refund if your parcel dispatched in time but delayed or not delivered by specific date or time as delivery process beyond our control and we can not be held liable for delays caused by our delivery company.

This is a term of our business; your statutory rights are not affected.
