Balloons Direct Delivery Information

 

  1. We can not be held responsible if failed delivery attempts are made to the requested delivery address.
  2. We strongly recommend having your order delivered the day before the event or occasion.
  3. All Orders will be delivered by DPD couriers Nationwide to the provided delivery address outside of Dublin or by our drivers within the Dublin area. To avoid potential delays to your delivery please ensure the correct Delivery address and/or Eircode along with a valid contact mobile number is provided. Failing to provide these details may result in your order being send back to the couriers warehouse.
  4. We will do our utmost to deliver your order on the specified date, however we cannot guarantee this during busy times as delivery is out of our control.
  5. We cannot provide a delivery timeframe, however we will contact you to estimate a delivery time when using our own delivery vans. This is most common for large or custom orders only.
  6. All Balloon Orders are dispatched the day before the delivery date to ensure that your balloons are delivered as fresh as possible.
  7. All deliveries will be fully checked and itemised before dispatch. Should there be any discrepancies please notify us within 24hrs after receiving delivery with photographic evidence of delivery.
  8. We cannot accept any liability for delays caused by the delivery company and refunds will not be issued should this be the case.
  9. Due to large volumes of space required for the delivery of inflated balloons we may need to deliver single large balloon orders in multiple drops. this will not effect the arranged delivery timeframe.
  10. All courier deliveries will be delivered using DPD couriers. DPD offer a 1 hour text delivery notification allowing you arrange for someone to be at the address prior to delivery. Failure to facilitate this will result in postponed delivery for 24hrs. We can not be responsible for this situation and no credit will be offered. DPD will hold the parcel for up to 5 days and will communicate directly with you through the email or phone details provided.
  11. For Saturday or Same Day Deliveries all orders must be received before 1pm either on the same day or on the Friday for a Saturday delivery.
  12. We cannot accept any liability for delays caused by the delivery company and refunds will not be issued should this be the case.
  13. During cold weather we will substitute latex balloons in bouquets with foil balloons as the cold weather deflates latex balloons during overnight transit.
  14. MONDAY DELIVERIES.. As DPD deliver all our orders all Monday deliveries will be dispatched on Friday, Sometimes DPD deliver these on a Saturday to clear their backlog which is out of our control.
  15. With our Express DPD delivery option costing €8 all orders are guaranteed to be delivered next working day. Should dpd fail in delivering on the specified date we will issue a full refund for the complete transaction. Should a delivery attempt be made by dpd and no access id gained we can not be responsible for this matter.

We will not be in a position to offer a refund if your parcel dispatched in time but delayed or not delivered by specific date or time as delivery process beyond our control and we can not be held liable for delays caused by our delivery company.
